Keys Cove is a fabulous area to bring your family to create memories with amenities on site that will make you want to come back year after year.

View houses 1-5, with one being about 105 yards from the Gulf of America and 5 about 50 yards (winner chooses week based on availability) the house photos reflected on the listing are not the subject homes, those are the Gulf Fronts.

BCA has given an estimated average value of $3,700, in the event a cash winner selects to choose the value, then they would receive 80% of the reflected amount

The Lender will provide a personal loan with 0% interest. $200 per month until the amount is paid in full (must have at least 5% accumulated down payment).

• Non Gulf Front that sleeps 10 people. Each house has a private pool.
• Includes a dock for a boat you own, or rent our boat with 10% off.
• This can be financed, and the lender has already approved 0% financing.
• The seller is offering $1,000.00 in cash prior to your arrival. 
• The winner selects the week for your 7-night vacation (based on availability).
• Guests do have the ability to apply service round fees as credit with a direct booking with Keys Cove (no risk with our bidding process).

Based on early-stage data, BCA anticipates 10 rounds (2 per day, excluding weekends) before the best and final stage.

Each Bidder that advances to the best and final round and places their offer in will have their name dropped in a bag (grab bag) and two of the bidders will win per the following terms (WINNER NOT INCLUDED):

• First drawing: $500.00
• Second drawing: $300.00
• Grab Bag winners will be announced within one week after the auction ends
• Winners service round fees still apply to the third-party structure.
• For this to happen, the auction must reach the minimum requirement set by BCA or else the giveaway is canceled.
• To reach the minimum requirement, BCA reserves the rights to extend past 10 rounds as needed
